Where the videos are hosted
We do not store movie video files on the servers that run the FilmyBro.tv website. Playback is delivered through third-party video hosting services and embedded links. Our team manages the catalogue and may arrange uploads to those services. Third-party hosting does not remove our responsibility to review copyright complaints about links, embeds, artwork or other material displayed on FilmyBro.tv.
Report a copyright concern
If you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the owner, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright notice”. Include:
- Your name, contact details and electronic or physical signature.
- The copyrighted work you represent, or a representative list of works.
- The exact FilmyBro.tv URLs and material at issue. Include the embedded provider URL if available; a title alone may not locate every entry.
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not permitted by the rights holder, its representative or the law.
- Confirmation that the notice is accurate and a declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to represent the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
Our review process
We review sufficiently detailed complaints and act promptly where removal or disabling access is appropriate. We may request missing information or temporarily disable an entry while reviewing it. A request can concern movie links, embeds, posters or other site material.
Removing a FilmyBro.tv listing does not itself remove the underlying file from an independent provider. We may contact that provider or use available account controls where appropriate. You may also send a notice directly to the hosting provider. We do not require you to contact the provider before reporting a FilmyBro.tv page to us.
Mistakes and disputes
If you believe an entry was disabled by mistake, contact the same inbox with the affected URL and evidence of permission or misidentification. We review disputes and any applicable counter-notice requirements; a message does not guarantee reinstatement. We may keep disputed material unavailable while the issue is unresolved.
Repeat concerns
We may disable repeated disputed entries and restrict sources or contributors associated with repeated infringement. Notices should be truthful and limited to material you are authorised to report.
